How often do I have to submit a report?
Weekly reports are to be submitted before close of business on Thursday's every week.
How often should my punch time logged?
Every working day. Time logging on and time logging off. Failure to do so will result in a warning and can result in a termination of contract.
I need some time off, who should I contact?

I am looking for another task to work on, are there any?
Please contact a controller and we can look to potentially seat you on another account.
I have blackout / power outage, what should I do?
You are encouraged to have a backup battery, power pack supply unit - should this not be working please ensure your mobile data is on. ALL power outages are to be reported to a controller immediately.
When will my salary arrive?
